Refund and Shipping Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. However if you ever find a fault with your extensions you can return items in up to 14 day's and we will return your money back by the same payment method you originally paid minus the delivery and shipping.
Any hair or wigs that have been worn or washed and not in its original state will be rejected
The 14 day's is from the moment the item left our warehouse to the date the returned item is received and inspected
For all custom orders that have been requested to be altered we can not refund any items of this nature we are a relatively small team to ensure margins and costs are kept low we do not have the capacity for this please keep this in mind when you request professional custom colouring

Orders that are placed Mon - Fri will be shipped out the start of the next working week
We offer 5 - 7 day delivery on most products unless it states otherwise. Orders that are placed over the weekend will be shipped Mon - Fri only as there is no shipping on weekends
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information not only that we also send you tracking updates. If you have Facebook messenger you can receive updates via Facebook Messenger or directly to you mobile confirming your order has been delivered.
Unfortunately we can not take any responsibility with delays and lost parcels as this is out of our companies control however this is extremely rare as we always use a traceable service.
